Anju is the founder director of Coregem Consulting and has multi-faceted experience working with corporates and institutions.

Anju leverages her experience and expertise in busniess management, NLP, coaching, state of the art quality, leadership, people development, industry experience, for strategic & managemnt consulting, project and change management, designing and rolling out holistic approaches, strategies and solutions, training and educational programs for business excellence.

She brings with her diverse multi-faceted experience of over 20+ years, having worked extensively with start-ups & SME’s, as well as with large global organizations, such as,, Halifax Bank Of Scotland, Thames Water, Dresdner Bank, WeyerHauser, Ernst & Young, National Stock Exchange, Wipro Technologies, Pfizer, Nicholas Primal, Oracle, Coca Cola, and management institutes.

Her key strengths are integration of business, industry, management, finance, information systems, and functional expertise, with specialized expertise in, best practices & standards, tools & frameworks, change management, leadership and behavioral skills, to assist organizations in optimizing business outcomes, combining people, strategy, operations, process and technology

She holds a professional degree in finance, and completed first batch of the Advanced Management Program from the India Institute of Management, Bangalore, with the ‘Managing in Global Context’ module from the ESADE University, Barcelona. She is an Certified Meta Coach from the International Society of Neuro Semantics (ISNS), and a Certified NLP trainer from UK. She holds ACA, CISA & CISSP credentials from ICAI, ISACA and ISC2 USA.

Anju has successfully used people skills for building and leading management and cross-functional business teams at various levels towards complex strategies and objectives. The assignments handled by her, range from, leadership training, strategic design, mergers & acquisitions, creativity & motivation, business planning & project management, business improvement studies, training and professional development, industry research, financial systems, balanced scorecard, SOX process development & implementation, process re-engineering, supply chain management, governance and risk management, change management, systems thinking, and six sigma.

She also heads a precision components manufacturing industry. As a visiting faculty to a well known business school, she has developed the course content and rolled out the highly successful ‘Mergers & Acquisitions’ elective and workshop for senior students, combining people and systems perspectives with strategic and financial perspectives.
