Dipankar Khanna

Dipankar Khanna has over twenty years of experience conducting workshops in the areas of Mind Development, Creative Visualization, Super Learning Skills & Behavior Processes, Leadership and Self Development. At Coregem Consulting he is a founder Director. He is a NLP trainer, Behavioral Consultant and Leadership Effectiveness Coach for individuals, institutions and multinational organizations

He has studied, practiced and taught Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) for over six years. Dipankar is a certified NLP Trainer certified by John Seymour Associates, UK, a Meta States Practitioner certified by Post Graduation Education, UK and a Certified Meta Coach from the International Society of Neuro Semantics, USA.

He has and published scores of articles on varied subjects like Emotional Intelligence, NLP, Mind Development, Yoga, Health, Spiritual Quotient, Metaphysics and Spirituality, Education and Human Rights for leading news papers and journals. He also writing two book for Penguin in India. One of them is on NLP and the other on Buddhism.

Dipankar has been the Head of the John Seymour Associates, India (John Seymour Associates is UK’s longest government recognized training organization)

He was also the CEO & Chief of the Centre for Learning & Corporate Leadership and Meta Mentor with QSIT Global; an IT Training organization specializing in niche training in Testing, PM, Audit and Assessment of Capability Maturity Models.

Dipankar has also held the position of Senior Consultant, People Skills at i-Flexsolutions Ltd, Bangalore. He was training on People Skills, Yoga, NLP Trainer and Neuro Semantics Meta Coach.

He has been a Consultant and Trainer to several high maturity organizations like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle NAIO and SSI, Satyam Computers, I-Flexsolutions, Dell, Siemens, AOL, Wipro Technologies, Convergys, Standard Chartered Bank, J. Walter Thompson, AXA, First American Group, Computer Science Corporation (CSC), Robert Bosch, Tektronix Limited, SAP, Hewlett Packard, Datamatics and Cap Gemini among others.

He incubated the Leadership and Behavioral process Practice for QAI in January 2007. At QAI, Dipankar was the Practice Head of the Leadership and Behavioral (LaB) Process Practice.

Dipankar is also Principal Consultant to Srishti School of Art Design and Technology. Part of his work involves Educational, Emotional and Design research. He spear-heads their wellness and Performance Coaching initiative for their multi-national faculty and student which include visitors on exchange program. He is also a faculty for Creativity inputs and Philosophical alignments with Art and Design curriculum. He has recently rolled out a performance enhancing tutoring program connecting the faculty and students with the goal to generating paradigm enhancing opportunities towards an organically complex learning community.

Through Srishti and CERTAD (Centre for Education Research Training and Development) he is associated with Drishya an NGO for special children. Here he works both with the children and teacher training.

Dipankar’s specialization in Behavioral space include People Skills, Change Management, Leadership Motivation, Creativity, Communication Influence and Working with Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence. There is a thread of pedagogic versatility that runs through his programs, courses and workshop to facilitate learning to diverse groups, industries and verticals that he engages with.
